Hi every one and welcome to LICSB. I’d like to tell you a little about my class.
For starters, we have fun! Dance should be a freeing experience. While I hold
my students accountable for exercising discipline and focus I strongly encourage
and believe in the spiritual awakening which develops as we become aware of
our bodies and the endless possibilities they hold.
Dance is an art, not a competitive sport, and our class is a place where we
honor the gift of music and movement.
Samba Fusion is a workout that blends isolation for flexibility, repetitive
movements for developing stamina, core- strengthening for balance and rhythm
for timing. At the end of each class I teach a simple, but always challenging
combination which enables you to put to work the skills you are developing.
There is no pressure, no attitude, no divas.
All levels and ages welcomed.
